Our Ministry

St. Luke’s Lutheran Church

St. Luke’s Lutheran Church is a vibrant community that meets for worship on Sundays at 9:00 a.m. in Greeley, PA (229 Route 590). Our members come from all over the area. Our Good Cheer Food Pantry is open the first Sundays of every month from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. If you need food assistance outside of our operation time, you can email Pastor Mary directly at pastormarybutton@gmail.com.

St. Luke’s hosts a lovely coffee hour every Sunday after worship, please join us - all are welcome!

St. Peter’s Lutheran Church

St. Peter’s Lutheran Church is a dynamic congregation that meets for worship on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. in Port Jervis, NY (31 W. Main Street) with a coffee hour afterward. Like our partners at St. Luke’s, our members come from all over this beautiful area. In addition to Sunday worship, we meet on Tuesdays for a 6:00 p.m. vigil on our church lawn for peace in Ukraine, then gather for a 6:15 p.m. service of evening prayer with Holy Communion followed by Bible study.

Around the corner from St. Peter’s on Hudson Street, you can find the Trinity Unity Garden, an ecumenical community garden. Drop by and pick up some veggies for your dinner! The garden is open to everyone in our community. St. Peter’s also hosts a winter warming shelter, stay tuned to our Facebook page for updates about when it reopens for the season.

Koinonia Family Camp

Koinonia has a special place in our shared ministry! It’s a stunning camp and retreat center in beautiful Sullivan County. There are miles of hiking trails, a lakefront beach for swimming and kayaking, a beautiful conference center, our Chapel in the Pines, and so much more. The communities of St. Luke’s and St. Peter’s love worshipping together at Koinonia whenever we can! Learn more about Koinonia and their mission here.
